EQUIPMENT: Butterfly Tables, Nets & 3 Star 40+mm Poly Balls.
ENTRY POLICY AND RULES: All entries must include payment. All USATT laws and regulations apply including the USATT dress code. Street shoes, food and drinks other than water are not allowed on the red carpet playing floor.
ELIGIBILITY: All players must be USATT members or members of an ITTF affiliated association. Bring your membership card or receipt. Non-members MUST join USATT at the tournament. USATT membership: $75/yr., $210/3yr for adults; $325/5yr for adults; $45/yr. for juniors (17 and younger); $125/3yr for Juniors (14 and younger); $45 for college students; $150/yr. for household (2 adults +minors); $250/3yr for household. Adult players who have never been USATT members may purchase a One-Time Tournament Pass for $20. Player ratings will come from Dec. 2019 USATT. The tournament committee reserves the right of acceptance or refusal of all tournament entries.
FORMAT: All events will play in a round robin group of a minimum of three or four per group. The player(s) with the best record in the group will advance to the single elimination draw. All matches are best 3 out of 5, 11 point games. The tournament committee reserves the right to modify the format or cancel events due to insufficient entries.
REFUND POLICY: Players will be refunded if withdrawn at least two days prior to the tournament date. Refunds will not be given for any withdrawals after that date except when the player’s rating is too high for a desired event and he or she chooses not to be promoted to the next highest event. No refund for no-show participants.

Payment (Cont’d) – Payment will be done in person at Flushing Table Tennis Center on the day of the tournament and before your the first event in which you sign up for. Please have the payment, in cash or check, reflecting the amount in which you owe for your events, any USATT membership fees, and any late fee you may owe. A $5 registration fee will be added to all entries.
Prizes– Prizes for events 1, 2, 3, and 4 are trophies for 1st and 2nd places. Prizes for events 5 and 6 are cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place. For event 6, 1st place receives $150 while 2nd place receives $75. For event 5, 1st place receives $100 while 2nd place receives $50. 3rd and 4th place finishers receive medals for all events.
