With the addition of our reservation system, please refer to the rules below:
- Cancellations made up to 3 hours before your scheduled time will be honored with no penalty.
- The first cancellation within the 3 hours before your scheduled time will result in a warning and a mark being made in your membership profile.
- Any subsequent cancellation within the 3 hours before your scheduled time will result in a $5 penalty. If there are consecutive cancellations, every $5 fee will accumulate (i.e- 3 subsequent and consecutive cancellations will incur a $15 upcharge upon the next reservation). If cancellations are separated by one punctual reservation appearance, this fee will reset.
- 5 cancellations, consecutive or nonconsecutive, will suspend your online membership account and will prevent you from reserving any sessions for 30 days from the time of your 5th cancellation.
